Each house in astrology is a tool that can explain how we materialize our lives, which can be internal or external. Materialize means something real—something that can be seen by others. Each house shows us how we will develop. It tells us who we were as children before conditioning. It also shows us how we handle conditioning and use it to reform ourselves.

When we use astrology as a tool to assess our lives, it’s better to check the transits in each house. Transits are the placements of the planets in one’s chart during a specific time frame. Remember, houses can be fluid and flow into each other, and some houses can have two signs in them at a time. Check to see where the planets are transiting to get a better idea of how the transits will affect you.

It’s important to note that each house depends on the others to function and make sense in some way. It's best to read the entire story, but before you can do that, you must understand each section. Hence, the houses.

The Eighth House

Shared Legal Contracts and Assets, Taxes, & Death

The Original House of Scorpio.

This house represents shared contracts, assets, and taxes with a partner or in a codependent relationship. It also symbolizes death and the way one is meant to die. The eighth house signifies the kind of person or people one may choose to commit to through formal agreements, contracts, assets, or taxes for life. It reveals the characteristics the relationship will exhibit regarding marriage, bondage, codependency, or any financial ties.

One must analyze the entire house to better understand the traits necessary for a compatible partnership, whether it be business, marital, or friendship. This house is also the one to interpret for paranormal activity, crimes, death, and supernatural powers. Furthermore, it reveals suspicious behaviors in the person interpreting the chart and the type of individual they will be in formal agreements, taxes, marriages, or contracts.

Here’s what the eighth house represents:

· Marriage

The people we legally commit to…

· Taxes

The commitment we have to our government…

· Partnerships

The people share legal responsibilities with…

· Assets

The property we own…

· Death

The way we die…

· Supernatural Powers

The extraordinary abilities that we have as people..

Remember, each house will influence your story and give you even greater insight about your life.
